• Purchase information — when you buy a Pro tool, our payment processor (Gumroad) handles your payment details. We receive only your email address and purchase confirmation. We do not store your card details.
• Email address — provided when you contact us or complete a purchase, used only to respond to you or deliver your purchase.
• Usage data — our hosting provider (Netlify) may collect basic server logs including IP addresses and browser types for security and uptime purposes. We do not use this data for tracking or advertising.

3. How Our Tools Work

The DM's Toolkit tools (Initiative Tracker, Dungeon Soundscape, Mass Battle Commander) run entirely in your browser. All data — saved combatants, sessions, settings — is stored locally in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted to our servers. We have no access to your tool data.

4. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Your browser may store data locally (localStorage) for the tools to function, but this is not a cookie and stays on your device.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Gumroad — payment processing for Pro tool purchases. Subject to Gumroad's Privacy Policy.
• Netlify — website hosting. Subject to Netlify's Privacy Policy.
• YouTube — embedded video demos on the Pro Tools page. YouTube may set cookies when videos are played. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email address only as long as necessary to fulfil your purchase or respond to your enquiry. We do not maintain mailing lists or send marketing emails.
